General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 777ba platform and its users. By accessing the 777ba.lat website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 777ba reserves the right to cancel any account created using false information. If you need to update your details, please contact the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and account details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 777ba's support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777ba may request documents for identity verification when required. This may include copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

777ba currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Please ensure you are depositing from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit. Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 777ba are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currency are not currently supported.

4.4 Transaction Limits

In the interest of security, 777ba may delay or temporarily suspend the processing of any transaction. Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

777ba offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — this will be stated in the details of each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any active bonus will be cancelled upon account closure.
• 777ba reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings in cases of fraudulent bonus use.

5.4 VIP Program

777ba's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your activity and contributions on the platform. 777ba's decision on VIP benefits or tier changes is final.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games offered on 777ba are powered by third-party game provider software. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to be familiar with them before starting. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

6.2 Game Cancellation & Technical Issues

If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error, 777ba will endeavour to refund the bet amount for that game. However, 777ba is not liable for losses caused by server issues or internet disconnection. In the event of a technical problem, the game provider's records will be considered the final evidence.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ba platform:

• Using another person's account or depositing funds from a third party.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to manipulate the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.

• Colluding with other users to win games.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs.

• Failure to verify the account or provision of false information.
• Operation of an account by a minor.

11.2 Closure by the User

Any unused valid balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, however any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.
